In her work she seeks to deepen a sincere relationship between the plastic potential intrinsic to the materials, their repetition and the path of invocation more than a realistic aspect. Keeping always in mind the dialogue permeable to the individual place of the public. She is also characterized by the construction of many of his conceptions, which allows her a place of permanent learning of means and forms.

PQ23 – Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space

Ângela Rocha was the artist of the Portuguese Official Representation at the 15th Prague Quadrennial – PQ23 – Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space,  in the capital of the Czech Republic, under the theme RARE VISIONS.

As a complement to the art installation Half of Minutes, Ângela Rocha also proposed a parallel activity – Mirabolante – that deepens the representative dimension of the country – with all the “rare visions” that can fit in it.
She was also responsible for curating the exhibition Fragments II.
